These Terms govern your purchase and use of digital products sold on this website by Voloshyn LLC ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

We sell downloadable digital products (for example, PDF guides) and, where offered, a monthly membership. Product descriptions are provided for information; we make no promise of any particular outcome from using the products.

2. Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details.

3. Delivery

After successful payment you receive download links on the confirmation page. Links are time-limited. If a link expires, contact us at support@example.com.

4. Membership

A membership renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time by contacting us; cancellation stops future charges.

5. License

You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product. You may not resell, share or publish the files.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the products are provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
